The wheels are made out of that strong rubber like rollerblade wheels, everything else is all metal.
But they are very good quality, roll smoothly, and feel built strong.
Price
They worked as intended perfect for what i needed them at a affordable price
Competitiveness
However, i measured the diameter of the flashpoint legs and they appeared to be the same dimension as the neewer.
I don't have a neewer c-stand, but a competing product.

Seem to be heavy duty or at least heavy enough for the application which included a 600ws mono light and 60in octobox including sandbags
