Pros

Filters fit nikon 70-300 wide angle lens perfectly. I like their lense cover better than the sony lens cover that came with my rx10 iv. I shoot with pentax, nikon, and tamron glass, which isn't cheap.

The kit comes with velcro closure, nylon lens filter cases. The pouches are great for caring for and storing the filters. The rubber hood is extremely useful, and an extra lens cap also helps. Bonus lens cover and strap is also nice.

Cons

Most of my complaints are with the 55mm set in general though the 72mm has its fair share of quality issues. Cpl and the nd2 filter both have noticable scratches on the lens making them unusable. Poor sewing definately. Coating is flaking onto everyth... Read More

The metal frames on the filters feel great and they screw on perfectly.

All the lens filters are very nice and good quality.

It screws on via the 58mm threads and is therefore not reversible.

The pics i have taken with them i didn’t like for reasons that had nothing to do with the filters.

Rubber hood arrived damaged, dented permanently on one spot that causes issues in photos.

Competitiveness

I purchased a highly rated neewer speed light so i figured neewer was a good brand to choose filters from.

Would buy this brand again, but if the name brand is a comparable price, i would probably still buy the name brand.

A little light feeling compared to other filters i own.
