All of that can result in a few extra $$, including subscription fees and the costs of setting up a system.
It’s not the cheapest of filters, but i think it’s worth it’s price tag.

You can rotate it any angle which is handy for switching between portait and landscape but anything other than horizontal streaks looks a weird to me

Once fitted to the end of your lens you can rotate the filter a full 360° to place to blue streak at any angle

Whilst perhaps not quite up to the standard of far more expensive filters unless you are a professional film maker requiring the absolute best it should be perfectly good enough for what you need
