Price
The height you get for the price is fantastic.

Competitiveness
I've had a few cheaper light stands by neewer in the past and while those did the job, the quality of this one is a lot better.
I rented a few from an online rental place and none of them were near the same quality.
The stand is simply too small, and too light weight for the majority of lights i have, even neewer branded lights.
This stand rivals more expensive brand name stands, easily.
