Lens Quality
Customers have mixed opinions regarding the lens quality of the NEEWER HD 60mm Telephoto Lens. While some are pleased with its high-quality images and versatility, others find it to be blurry or not worth the investment due to the need for additional equipment such as a phone case adapter.

Seems to be made well, threading is clean and smooth and photos are great!
Works great on the iphone 15 max with the added cage…the lens screws on and stays secure.
Killer little tool to achieve better photos while shooting in 48mp with iphone 14 pro max.
Unless you get the phone case adapter then it will be spot on where it needs to be and closer to your camera lens.
Price
But for this price and this size it's to be expected
At the time of this review it was priced at $55 which i feel is a good price for a high quality lens.
Competitiveness
Great stuff and price when compared to the high end brand names.
Some brands including this one sell phone cases instead of mounts only for a handful of phones.

It does in fact need either a cage or backplate with a 17mm thread to attach it to without which you wont be able to use it

Id have rather had all of the necessary pieces combined into one complete kit from the start for customer convenience

If you have the proper cage on your phone you can mount it over the lense and take better macro photos from close up

I happen to have a clipon style that fits with a mini lens kit i bought several years ago that i have not figured out how to make work properly

There are issues with a clipon lens that make me frustrated because you have to keep fidgeting with the clip until it sits just right on the camera lens
