It has to be pointed at the sensor to work which isnt a problem especially with the 2 second feature that causes a delay before the picture is taken

Its small and cheap but if you hit the sensor right it works

It works nice for long exposure shots but i wouldnt trust it to fire if precise timing is required

Based on the reviews it looks exactly the same except it says neewer instead of canon on it
