Stand is poor quality, noisy when moving it around. However the mic struggles to hold my 0. Primary places this scissor arm fell apart at were on the clamping end.

No matter how many times you try to twist the microphone clip, it will end up upside down or to one side.
The stand does what is says on the tin and has lasted me for a month now with no issues.
I don't know how many turns around its axis it will withstand, because it doesn't seem to me that it was made for such maneuvering.

In short ive had better and worse mic stands than this

I leave my at2020 suspended in it 247 and it’s still just as sturdy and springy as when it came out the box
