Pros
Good for tabletop or background lights. Great for uplights and tabletop speedlights. Good for kitten and pup photography.
Inexpensive, compact, and predictable build quality from neewer. Not the best i've ever purchased but they aren't * either.
Small footprint & sturdy. Holds 2 lb.
Cons
All the parts are loose to the point it requires excessive fiddling. Had to return them.

They’re sturdy and although below prograde, they’re still very well made.
It's neewer so it's cheap, but something like doesn't need to hold heavy loads.
Good for tabletop product photography light or flash stands.
Price
I wish it was a little longer but overall, a great value for the money.
For the price, the quality is almost as good as can be expected.
