Pros
Adds perfect diffusion for on or off camera flash. Does what it should, diffuses the light from a flash nicely and evenly. Works well for lighting close up and macro subjects.
Il fait bien sûr flash cobra. Great portable little diffuser for any speedlight. Seems to provide a softening effect.
Good value for the money. Would recommend over more costly options based on performance. No complaint with the price.
Easy to use, durable, lightweight. Small and handy. Easy on the wallet and works just fine.
Cons

For the price really good flash diffuser
Gives just a bit of softness, which is great considering price and size.
Competitiveness
I use this on two different sized flashes - a nikon sb500 and mertz 58, and no problem with either.
Works just as great as any other diffuser.
