Pros

Easy to open without hesitation. It softens light and gives a gorgeous looking portrait. The knob on the top is a little funny looking.

It accomplishes it's job. The umbrella is frequently my choice because of the simplicity of setup. Out of 5 for functionality.

These work great for diffusing and bouncing. It is fragile, so be sure to store it in a safe location where it will not get bent.

Cons

The diffusion is pretty good, but the quality is questionable. It will not last longer than a few months and is very fragile. Add a few bucks to your bill and get a better brand.

Let's be honest, at this price you aren't going to get a bulletproof umbrella.

Due to the limited use we purchased this one as it was cheap.

Packaging/appearance

Came a little wrinkled but it works great as a replacement for my original one that broke.

Competitiveness

Buy 2 or 3 of them just in case, and you'll still be spending less than the overpriced "name" brands.

I've had similar ones to these that took a lot of travel and abuse.
