Locking set screws could use a washer to prevent loosening or a change in pitch of the threads might make tightening knobs stay put

A well made tool but the narrowest adjustments not narrow enough for very small camera points

Yes this camera uses the 110 film format so i had to choke this spanner all the way down as close as possible together to remove the lens to clean the insides
