Pros

Ring shap lights my face evenly and can adjust to any brightness i need. It is really bright, according to the specs it's 3000lm.

Cons

It is very bright when it works, and the dimming and warmth adjustment features are easy to use. The issue with this particular light, however, is that it literally died on me after a month.
