The neewer snap on nd&cpl filter set is one of the best bang for your buck on the market for dji mini 4 pro drone.
Some other brands come in a massive case that takes up far too much space in the small bag that comes with the mini 4.

Nd filters are used to darken a video scene so that a slower shutter speed may be used
