Decent mount, i only wish the plate had the front stability pin that is found on most pro cams.

The rods and platform are reasonably sturdy but i wouldn’t trust this platform for anything heavier than a canon rebel build lightly outfitted with kit lenses

If you’re looking for anything more userfriendly on which you anticipate needing to remove and mount the camera often i’d recommend going with a more substantial system that features a proper quick release
