Over the past few weeks, i've been using this neewer camera rig kit with my sony a7iii and it's been a game-changer for my film shoots.
It doesn't screw up the footage (it sits juuuust out of shot) but it means you can push your camera to the end like you should be able to.
Price
All in all, good price for a shoulder stabilizer.
Low cost, great accessory for my black magic pocket cinema 6k camera.
For that, it is appropriately priced and also performs appropriately.
This is my first shoulder rig kit and i feel it is an okay value for the money.

I dont recommend using it for more than an hour at a time though as you may start to get a bit stiff and sore holding your arms out in front of you for that long

If you have a lens on a dslr you likely wont be able to push the camera all the way to the end of the tracks the tightening knob at the end is on the top of the tracks right in the way of the lens

It is not a gimbal and does not replace 100 the function vibration reduction but if you train yourself to use the one properly you have the perfect gimbal complement for all the situation where you dont want to spend the time to setup your gimbal

Unfortunately i cant put the two central rods because my equipment is very heavy but i solved this with two rods for heavy equipment
