Made of quality metal all around. Even the bracket and connector screw are sturdy. Packaging is a little precarious.

This light is great for video testimonials. Well worth for portraiture and video fill or back ground. These are for action shots i do for teams where we pose players and have them do minimal moving to dunk or dribble.
