Quality
This handle is top notch, it feels very heavy and sturdy and feels incredibly ergonomic to hold, it's so natural and comfortable to grip.
It feels sturdy in hand and has a nice, comfortable grip, which makes handling your camera much easier, especially during long shoots.
The grip to it has a very like wooden solid feel.
This grip slipped easily onto the left nato rail on my condor blue cage for panasonic lumix s5iix.

You can't go wrong with this, especially if it's on a discount!
Packaging/appearance
I think the price is pretty reasonable, not to mention, the boxing and packaging is s-tier.
The unboxing is simple, since the allen wrench is stored in the bottom of the handle.
The package comes with an allen wrench so you can adjust the nato clamp to its position on the handle.
Competitiveness
The finish is good, but not as good as my other neewer products (cages & grips).
On top of that it is much cheaper than most of the brands you know.
