The base is made to lock into an arca swiss mount the side has a mount for a clamping handle and the top has a an attachment place for a stabilizer handle

There are bars on either side for attaching a strap if desired and an opening at the bottom for battery removal or battery plug

The cage is not secured to the camera in the the attached picture but changing the battery and the memory card does not appear to be an issue
