Pros

As with just about all of the neiko products i have bought, they appear well made for the price & function as expected. Good luck.

This ratchet wrench is a reliable and efficient tool that every diy enthusiast or professional should consider adding to their collection. This 1/4 inch ratchet is sweeter than the craftsman.

Cons

Bought this ratchet on march 7 and by may 6 the teeth on the inner gears were stripped. Attached to the wrench is a piece of plastic that must be removed before the wrench can be used. I have to keep my thumb on the lever which makes this pointless.

This is where a rudimentary warranty would have been good. Yes, it's cheap, but saving a few bucks wasn't worth the frustration of the idiotic packaging. Having metallic flakes in the electronics of this medical equipment is a disaster.
