One flaw i encountered is that the switch that turns the hammer function on or off is so loose that it will slide to off on its own when the drill is held at an angle

I finally called another vendor who sells this model and they told me that there is a symbol of a hammer on the side which you push in

One thing which i will note that other reviewers have also noted is that the auxiliary handle is pretty poorly designed its entirely plastic and you can never get it tight enough to completely lock it on the drill
