Pros
It looks like a quality foam, but only time will tell if it’s more durable. Will be interesting to see if the foam lasts longer than the previous pad when sitting in storage.
Most all my psa discs are solid, no vac holes so i don’t need the perforated discs. Easy to replace also can switch from one disc to another and rese later if needed.
Cons
Backing pad is 4-3/4 in diameter, not 5. This is not sized as advertised or labeled. I have absolutely no idea what made me purchase these made out of foam.

So far this pad has held up well and at 1/3 the price of the genuine pc pads i am pleased with the product.
I'm not sure i'll use this with the polisher now.

Save the thread protector to keep the washer in place if you remove the backing pad is all

I am so far pleased with this backer pad i had been using my sander on automotive paint removal 3 of the porter cable pads that i had used for years simply fell apart it may have been their age or it may be the irregular shapesbut all the same the facing started to separate at the edges and then the foam core disintegrated
