Pros

One simply pulls down the locking ring, adjusts to the torque value desired, and then pushes up the lockingring to secure the torque setting. I love the locking mechanism which stays locked so it doesn't loosen up.

Inch-pound torque wrench is a very good value for the money and budget conscious mechanic. It feels consistent when torquing multiple bolts, no problems. Neiko pro torque wrenches are rock solid and get the job done every time.

The micrometer adjustment feels a bit rough, but is functional. It has both a metric scale and sae scale etched into the tool.

Cons

The neiko wrench was angled about 5 degrees off. The beam wrench is harder to torque fasteners accurately. Also, the circular head of the wrench was not cast straight.
