I like that this comes with sinus rinse pre-mixed packets -- 1 pack for 4 ounces of water or 2 packs for 8 ounces of water.
It arrived well packed and was quite easy to put together.
It comes with thirty packets so you are set!

Both products are now branded under the neilmed name.
Needed a second unit for another location but neilmed was out of stock.
For those who struggle to use a neti pot, this may be a better option.
