I’ve been use them for many months , after rinsed , feels pretty good.
With my sinus problems, this makes it so much easier- it makes the water easy to rinse without any discomfort.
Incredibly after just one spray in both my nostrils the pain was gone and has not returned.

If used as directed a saline packet and warm water i fill my bottle with water then microwave it for 41 seconds then add saline i dont ever get the sensation of water going up my nose
