Quality

This product does a great job preventing my chronic sinus infections.

I have used the saline rinse for years because of sinus and allergy problems and i use the squeeze bottle (not the netti-pot).

We've been using salt packets for our nasal rinses for years and oftentimes there'll be a burning sensation for a few minutes after rinse.

There are some really dumb reviews of this product so i wanted to set the record straight.

Price

These are a great value and i like the ingredients.

Someone else said it was a "outstanding product" but gave it a 1 star review because it was ~$1.

It's twice as expensive as the regular mix.

I think for the increased price of theese the regular ones are just as good.

Packaging/appearance

I didn't realize they made the packets with xylitol already in them!

I don't understand the issue with the packaging that is commented on over and over.

The packets are the larger sized ones not the slim, easy to put into the bottle ones.

Competitiveness

This product with the addition of xylitol is a much better product than the saline-only products.

In comparison to saline packets, there's no contest - neilmed takes the win.

I use a netti pot and find that xylitol works better for me than saline alone.
