Pros
Easy to use, helps alleviate foot pain and neuropathy sensations. It relieves the acheness and the heat option is awesome. My wife, who has plantar fasciitis loves it.
This is one of the best purchases i have ever made. This is a company that stands behind their product and offers amazing customer service. This was exactly what i needed and was cheaper than the poor quality hand massager i bought as the same time.
Cons
The rotation of the massage balls hurts the heel of my feet. This is extremely disappointing.
It’s not made in shape of a typical human feet. Not recommend for foot massage for typical persons. It's quite pricey, so buyer beware!
It's like a disposable. Terrible noise during use right from day one. Wast of money and time.

Shipping
Received quickly and in excellent new condition.
I am now waiting for my replacement to be shipped.
I sent them an email on october 10th/24 and they emailed back fairly quick early morning of october 11/24.
Update: i got in contact with necteck support and they got back to me and are going to send me a replacement foot massager.
