It is a bit hefty, so it's more comfortable to have a significant other use it on you. The attachments screw on and off so don’t try to pull them off. It’s easy to use and to switch the attachment.

As far as use goes short press the power button to turn it on

Then you need to long press the power button to get it actually massaging
