Pros

Great for my back, leg, and neck. The functionality is great and works amazing. The customer service is beyond awesome!

Necktech massager relieves pain because it has heated balls on the inside of the unit. It adds an extra layer of protection for your skin but does not take away from the massage at all! It gives a deep massage so some people may not like that.

Cons

Most of these cheaper shiatsu massager are very cheaply made and brake after a couple months. Not very comfortable. There is a very hard piece of plastic where the base of my head hits between the balls instead of resting comfortably.

It's a little tough making adjustments when you have to get into the position you need without disturbing the unit's position.
