Pros
Overall satisfied with the purchase. They are extremely communicative, and value customer service highly. This is the best purchase i have made all year.
I suffer from sciatica and this helps with pain relief immensely! I have chronic soft tissue pain and this is amazing for use inbetween seeing my massage therapist and chiropractor. The roller really gets at nagging tight spots.
The only downfall is you have to pull hard on the straps to get deep pressure. Hand straps are adjustable.

This particular nektek did not work for me but the company went over and above to supply us with the nektek pillow massager .
If it proves to be durable over a year or more this may well be a five star product.

I would say it is a good buy at the sale price i got it.
Competitiveness
It works as well as the more expensive models.
I will buy this, or a newer model, again.
I bought this drunkenly on a whim tbh bc my friend recommended it to me.

You have to be careful where you are lining it up because the massage balls are very solid and have no give so you can definitely injure yourself
