Pros

It's as easy as plugging it in, putting my feet inside and hitting power. Gifted this to my 14 year old son. If you have cats or other pets you should research how easy these are to clean and find one that dissembles for cleaning, this one does not.

It is a great foot massage. The inserts where the foot goes in are washable, so no one minded sharing! Really good massage pressure. I like that it even massages your toes!

It warms nicely, is snug on my size 10 wide swollen feet but they fit. That works perfectly for me since i have raynaud's disease.

Cons

The compression on short feet is intense and unbearable. It only massages the arch of your foot. You can hear where it sounds like the massage rollers are struggling.

It shuts if after maybe 5 min or so requiring frequent restarting. After that it starts to malfunction some * don't work and squeaking noises start. Air bags go so tight i believe it auto shuts off.

However, the power button broke within just a few hours, depressing into the machine.

My feet have been hurting for various reasons including sprained foot that happened months ago & still hurts.

Buy it on sale, it will make everything seem better.
