It has 3 switch modes one is to light fully on when motion detected and dim out when no motion another is fully on when motion and off when no motion third one is off

I was hoping the batteries would be replaceable but upon opening up one of the units found that the battery is built in to the solar panel not replaceable

Update 11132018 i heard back from the seller and they offer an 18 month warranty so if the batteries fail during this span they will replace the unit

My experience with these types of lights has been that they last a few years and then the batteries die out so if the batteries cant be replaced then the whole unit will need to be replaced
