Fast one day shipping. Package material indicates to email customer service if issues arise. I was contacted by the support team after my initial review.
This product is exactly as advertised. Otherwise, excellent cable as advertised. Overall, the cable is good and works as expected.
My only regret is that i should have bought the 6ft cable instead of the 3ft cable. It appears a good cable.
Thia one charges at 3a no problem. It provides fast charging, even for pixel 3a and macbook pro. It is capable of charging my laptop with a 65 w charger, which is the primary purpose i bought it for.

Not much to say about durability there except that there isn't any. Stick with anker cables as suggested by the wire cutter.
