Pros

Works well in charging ipad 12. Charges fast. It keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. All other chargers barely keep pace or gradually lost charge on the ipad pro.

This charger is a difference maker. Great start, hope this unit proves to be reliable.

Nectecks cord is incompatible with the iphone. The spring loaded nub at the end which completes the electrical connection loses its springiness and gets permanently lodged in the body so it can no longer maintain contact. I'm somewhat worried that it ... Read More

It does provide enough power to charge the laptop (and thankfully my laptop wasn't damaged in this test) and then it works for maybe 30 more seconds.

The item pictured is not what i received. This renders the charger unusable.

I selected this one in part because i have been pleased by nekteck products (some of which are recommended by wirecutter).

The construction and material seem somewhat better than other car chargers i've used - though only time will tell.
