The waist band is elastic. She is super picky about what things feel like. Lays flat across my stomach and sits perfect to accentuate my waist.
Purchased this dress for my daughter's graduation outfit. Love the colours the softness, might just buy it in every colour. My nickname is daisy, so i'm always looking for fun daisy outfits.
