Pros & Cons
Pros
This frisbee is light and flies nicely. Our german shepherd loves to play frisbees and we have tried several different ones and these are our faves. It is great for playing fetch though.
It's survived an adult golden retriever. My european dobermann is a monster when it comes to chewing. This is probably the toy that lasts the longest.
This is a great value and the two pack is fantastic. I hope the price stays the same because this product is awesome.
Cons
Nerf dog is a frisbee with a chunk chewed out of one side. It is extremely heavy and doesn't float well.
For my dogs, neither type lasts long. It was ripped partially and riddled with bite marks after the first throw. But this is a hard plastic and i was concerned about knocking teeth out when she would try and catch it.
Highlights
Quality
As such, no dog toy is indestructible, but i have been happy with the durability of this toy.
With the extreme use it gets i believe it's a decent value.
My dog is a big chewer and if left alone with the frisbee she will rip it apart.
Price
That view alone was worth the price.
Competitiveness
They don’t fly as evenly and tend to bend in flight compared to the previous model.
I just had better expectations from the brand.
