Pros
Great choice of no battery needed nerf guns. The gun isn't every accurate, even for nerf gun standards, but it has cool details on it and operates decently as a replica. That aside the product is a solid nerf gun.
The pump shotgun from the halo series is one of my favorite weapons as it had served me well throughout every halo campaign before halo infinite. It comes with a code for halo infinite that's pretty rad. It has everything you want in a nerf blaster.
The nerf halo bulldog is a beast. I'm not a halo fan but this is a nice replica. Bought this to make a prop of the bulldog.
It feels nice and sturdy and it's easy to load.
As an adult it feels great. It's not uncomfortable for us adults to hold or use either. Grandkids love them. Younger two struggle a little for being smaller and holding it up on their shoulder and aiming and firing.

Will be cosplaying a odst soon and this is awesome and fun not uncomfortable for my hands build for all ages and the code still works!
Good aim, easy to use, and there was just something so satisfying when cocking the gun before each shot :)
I do not recommend for my 4 yo son because it is also too heavy for him.
That aside the product is a solid nerf gun.
Price
Either way it's worth the asking price.
I am not a huge fan of price but oh well, but what i am a fan of is the attention to detail looks accurate to the in game gun!

It took a while to get here but it equalled the odds against my kids in neef wars.

Came with a game code that gives you a skin for the in game bulldog and a nerf dart charm for any weapon.
Competitiveness
That being said, the specs are more in line for the under 14, so if you want a better scale for cosplay look elsewhere.
