I and they are very pleased with the nerf shooter.
To summarize, this is a good product.
That means the streamline darts that came with the longshot.
We also bought the adapter clip for his gun since the clip that comes with the gun only has 5 darts.
Price
I have a feeling the price is only going to get more expensive especially now since it is getting close to the holidays!

I'd love to get my hands on another one, but the price is just way too high!
For this price nerf could have easily put a real scope on the gun).

Competitiveness
We returned it at the local target and they gave us a giftcard for target.
The range of it is rather poor (shoots lighter than the secret strike as-1).
It does not shoot much farther than most of the other nerf models i have (recon, alpha trooper.
Too bad people are trying to make a buck by selling them at high prices!

A good thing to do is to salvage any parts you can from the front gun because it is pathetic and wrong to call it a side arm

Also do not store your darts in the clips keep them in a separate container of some sort

If you store them in the clips u will smash the darts and flatten them out and they wont shoot again

The scope is adorable if useless because darts fall so rapidly you have to aim far enough above your target that you wont be able to see them through the scope at all but if you really need a scope to hit something with a nerf gun you are doing it wrong

The stock is nice and adjustable but is not removable like the reconraiderspectre stocks
