Pros
The only letdown is the water container that is smaller and slightly awkward to refill. Great tasting and piping hot coffee. Easy to read water max line.
After reading the reviews and much deliberation decided on this one. Fits in kitchen nicely, small form factor and stylish red colour. Older design is much nicer to look at than the newer ones.
Cons
Water tank leaking and therefore useless within a year of purchase. The pod slide is a pain to remove and so is the water tank. Only a year old hardly used & leaking water.

It is easy to set up, easy to clean and the coffees are made quickly.
Works well and has a bigger water reservoir than previous model
One of my pods failed to open at the bottom and poured water and the pod contents everywhere except for in the cup.
I bought this product august 2020 and it is june 2021 and it no longer functions.
Price
Pods can be bought in bulk for a cheaper price.
It cost a fortune to buy the machine and even more to buy the pods, it works out very expensive.
Shipping
Customer service was great and amazon sent a new one immediately and i could return the dodgy one for free.

The light going orange after 2 months using so it’s disappointing that you need to buy cleaning products to solve problems if it’s the orange light colour it’s really meant that
