Pros

I like the fact that there is a large amount of foam without it being sweet like in most coffee shops. Good flavor, nice looking, like your are in the coffee shop. Tastes great. Convenient, especially for the morning cup.

The hassle of returning isn't worth it but you should really pay more close attention to products at packaging for shipping. Item says non returnable. Will not order again.
