Pros

It fills the bill. Very versatile. The only draw back is the manufacture does not send you a receipt when you get it.

This nesco roaster has more versatility that a crockpot. It cooks as well as my gas range oven. It also roasts better than the oven ever could. I mostly use mine as a slow cooker.

All my nescos perform as needed and they are the workhorses of my cooking arsenal. These are just the best thing to own if you don't want a kitchen full of appliances.

Cons

Metal seam in back of roaster being miss-aligned sharp edge protruding. Upon arrival it has several chips in the enamel coating. The enamel is literally uneven.

No full refund is available and there is a huge restocking fee. If you read the warranty information on amazon it states that you may not have a manufacture warranty depending on where it was purchased.
