I never see these in stores and to be honest im not only looking to upgrade i just want the second one in case they quit making them

One of the nice things is that if you want to use it as a slow cooker for beans you can give it a jump start by turning it to 400 or so for an hour and then turn it down to 200 or whatever temp you want to cook the rest of the day
