Pros

Nesco professional coffee urn is easy to use and made great coffee. As with all urns, there's a bit of a wait for the coffee to brew. This coffee maker is high powered.

Metal basket is great. Spill tray awesome. It works well and is very classy looking.

Cons

Who designs such a finicky machine? The only positive i can say about this coffee urn is that it looks good!

The urn boils or it is off. There is no temperature gauge. Despite double wall insulation, you can feel the heat all over the metal body.

It was ordered in august and has stopped working about a month ago. No use of reset. You have to use the reset button every 15 minutes after this happens.

This product is easy to clean and works amazingly well!

It takes about 50 minutes to boil and make coffee for the full 50 cups tank.

These always break off despite taking them out right after perking.

Price

It looks great and the cost was affordable.

Because i broke it, i did not expect any kind of guarantee and was willing to pay for a new handle, which was only $2.
