Pros

Metal basket, container, lid. Dispncing is quick and without dripping or leaking after you stop pouring. Only issue is that it is constantly boiling itself to stay at 220f.

Cons

The urn boils water and doesn't stop. It is very inconvenient that the power cord is not removable. While the coffee is very hot, i am not sure that it is recycling the coffee back thru the grinds/strainer like normal percolators do.

Now after 2. Contacted customer service with no reply. You have to use the reset button every 15 minutes after this happens.

No need to hassle with paper filters, makes great coffee as long as you are using a good coffee.
