Pros

The nesco itr-01 vertical roaster cooks a turkey fast with oil-free infrared. The ribs are fastened to the center cone so they sit as high in the cooker as you can get them. They are very juicy on the inside and the skin browns beautifully.

Cons

What good is a turkey fryer if it lasts only one session and then you need another one a year later. Horrible seller bad product.

Get a regular roaster. The drip pan is not wide enough or deep enough to capture the liquids that are produced when cooking. It is also difficult to remove without spilling drippings back into the roaster. No instructions on how to prep for ribs.
