Understandably the metal part of the lid gets very hot during use so dont touch it until it has completely cooled down

Immediately after cooking the inner pot is very hot and oven mitts must be worn while removing it making this a somewhat tricky task

You can cook perfect rice in under 15 minutes all in rinse white rice until waters clear cook 3 minutes at pressure turn off machine and let it set for 10 minutes
