Pros
Use a non-metal spoon to dish out what sticks to the walls. You will not be disappointed.
The foam is amazing and it heats the milk up just right. Gets a good froth going, and heats it up quickly. The whisk is magnetic and whisper quiet.
Cons
It froths / foams very poorly, almost like no foam, only hot milk. Broke after frothing milk 10 times. If you did not have a frother in stock to work on a 110 plug advise you are out of stock - sending a 220 plug in with an adapter is an inferior set ... Read More
Stay away from this ripoff. I couldn’t be bothered to send it back and kept it. No thank you. Please don't fall victim to this unethical seller.

Limited capacity the frother has a relatively small capacity which is fine for personal use but may require multiple batches if you’re frothing milk for more than one or two cups

No temperature control while it heats the milk to the perfect temperature for me others might want more control over how hot or warm the milk gets as there are no manual temperature settings
