Pros

Use is easy, clean up easier. The water reservoir is easy to access and clean. Descaling kit make cleaning a breeze. The espresso quality is really good.

The espresso comes out perfect and is strong as it should be. And it masters it. Super powerful. But you have to remember that it’s the espresso machine pumping out espresso.

Cons

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, this is an entitled company and not worth it. It's a shame because i like the machine but at this point will not purchase any more of their products.

There is no coffee pod pressure; the stuff tastes like those awful keurig ones. It leaks even if i fill it under the max line.

The frother is defective and gives too much foam instead of a creamy froth. If you don't use the small shelf, and put a regular cup on the bottom shelf, there is enough splashing that small drops of coffee appear on the countertop. The free-standing p... Read More

Quality

The quality of the expresso is much better than my previous expresso machine and it is so simple to use.

My only complaint with overall quality is the brew temperature.

But kind of a boring story, if i'm honest.

With the same quality coffee, if not better!

Packaging/appearance

It comes with one of the worst boxes and packaging i've seen on a product.

I'm surprised the product arrived in one piece with no damage with that kind of packaging.

I have a foamer as well so i've been making cappuccinos.

Operating the nespresso citiz espresso machine is a breeze, thanks to its user-friendly interface and intuitive controls.

This time when i tried to power off, the machine entered descale mode.
