Pros

The design is very sleek and doesn't take up much space with everything inline and the milk warm froth maker on the side. The frother is incredible.

Coffee is way better than koerig or any dripper. The coffee is not too hot and the milk is warm and frothy.

Cons

The de'longhi makes fine coffee, but the design is awful for this one reason. Between the machine vibrating in use, and the small size of the shelf, if you don't watch the entire brewing process the cup is likely to vibrate off the little shelf and fa... Read More

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, this is an entitled company and not worth it. This is just poorly designed for this one reason.

Price

A hundred percent worth it to get little espresso cups with this.

Definitely a great value and i would but it again!

Only downside is the price of the capsules adds up over time.

Competitiveness

Both keurig and nespresso have their pros and cons from price to convenience to quality.

I also prefer this one over the one that requires large capsules as there are more and better flavors with the smaller capsules.

We downgraded from our older machine with more bells and whistles but prefer the citiz line.
