Quality
Excellent quality product which creates excellent coffee, very easy to use and clean.
Using a high quality coffee can help a lot anyway.
Been really impressed with this product, which we bought to replace a much older nespresso machine.
Overall i am pleased with my purchase, but it does take time to get used to .

I use it at least twice a day and i normally descale it once a month or every other month with descaling capsules.
Enforced purchase as previous unit failed after just 3 years leaving me with a pile of nepresso pods !
To descale it, i bought a descaling kit from local shop and it worked a lot cheaper than the nespresso one.

It is not white at all but a very pale grey so does not match the other items as expected

However it can be a bit temperamental insofar as at times on start up all of the lights keep flashing making it impossible to interact with machine

There could be many reviews stating various problems like difficult to clean or coffee not consistent quantity etc
