Regarding the price, yes, the capsules are more expensive than bulk coffee, but convenience also comes at a price.

Packaging/appearance

So i wanted to wait a couple of weeks before posting my review so u could use the nepresso several times.

Competitiveness

Capsules are smaller than k-cups and a little difficult to find in stores.

I have a kuerig too, it is no where near the awesomeness.

As far as i am concerned, the cup of coffe brewed by my nespresso far surpasses any of the chain stores people habitually purchase from.
